The selection panel will use this opportunity to seek evidence of your skills, abilities and attitudes with questions concentrating on the Person Specification for this role and you will be asked for specific examples from your own experience. In addition to the interview there might be other assessments.

Assessment tasks

As part of the recruitment process, candidates invited to interview will be asked to complete assessment activities designed to reflect elements of the role. Full instructions and supporting information will be provided in advance of each stage. We want candidates to feel prepared and able to demonstrate their thinking, judgement and approach, rather than spend significant time preparing detailed submissions.

To help you prepare:

The first-round interview will include a practical supporter engagement scenario that you will be asked to consider in advance.
Candidates progressing to the second round will be asked to prepare a short presentation.

As there is a relatively short period between the first and second interview stages, we have intentionally designed these assessment activities to require a reasonable level of preparation rather than a significant time commitment.
