Shortlisting
During shortlisting the panel will identify candidates from the applicant pool that best meet the requirements and criteria of the job posting.

- Stage 3
Informal Interviews
You’ll have a 30-minute online conversation with the hiring manager. This is an informal stage designed to get to know you better, explore your interest in the role, and give you a chance to ask questions. If successful, you’ll be invited to the formal interview stage.
- Stage 4
Formal Interview – First Round
This stage includes a structured interview with a selection panel. You’ll be asked to provide specific examples from your experience that demonstrate the skills, abilities, and attitudes outlined in the person specification for the role.
You’ll also be asked to deliver a short presentation focused on your strategic approach to the role. This is an opportunity to showcase how you would lead, plan, and contribute at a strategic level.
- Stage 5
Formal Interview – Second Round
This stage builds on the first interview and presentation. The panel will explore your strategic thinking, leadership style, and how you would approach key challenges in the role. You may be asked to reflect on feedback from the first round and expand on your ideas.
Expect more in-depth questions about your values, decision-making, and how you collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders. This is also an opportunity for the panel to assess cultural fit and long-term potential within the organisation.
